Engine Service^•

We have the capacity to carry out both overall performance testing and various phases of service work on all kinds of main and auxiliary diesel engines and reversing gears, as well as on other driving engines. We are qualified to provide all necessary service work and tests on one of our three test benches for engines up to 5150 kW and up to 15 tons. Ship engines are serviced in-house or at other locations at the client’s request.

We offer professional expertise and maintain tools required for a general overhaul for the following types of engines:

We are furthermore certified to provide boat engine services for DEUTZ, CUMMINS, MERCURY, MERCRUISER, CUMMINS MERCRUISER and SUZUKI. We have extensive experience in testing and repair of high pressure fuel systems (Bosch, L’Orange, C.A.V, Rikard Bencic) and regulators (Woodward UG8, UG40, PGS). In marine reversing reduction gears, our experience and tools are specialized for reduction gears manufactured by ZF – Zahnrad Fabrik, Reintjes, Renk.

We can perform a complete overhaul of turbo-blowers, including dynamic balancing of rotors manufactured by companies such as Brown, Bovery & Cie – BBC, Kuhnle, Kopp & Kansch – K K K and Napier, and can execute tests of fuel injection systems. For this purpose, Bosch and Hartridge test stands are available.
